He is an active Member of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estates Management (IHEEM) and has served as President and Chair of the International Technical Platform, taking part in various conferences and seminars as a speaker. ### Topic - Reducing risks and potential pitfalls of employing third party providers In his day-to-day role he is accountable for statutory compliance, and for investigation, reporting and root cause analysis of health and safety and technical incidents. His talk will share with delegates his experience of evaluation of third party providers, the potential difficulties and pitfalls of employing their services and how to avoid the biggest risks. ### About the Venue, Techniquest Techniquest is an educational charity, with a science centre in Cardiff Bay.
