Documents & Policies
- We recently sent a Google form to everyone to confirm receipt of various documents, including HR's newly launched handbook. Thank you to all who have responded. If you have asked for more information we will contact you over the coming weeks. If you haven't yet responded, please do - answering the form only takes a few minutes.
- A reminder: always use current versions of documents from Google Drive - all RAMS, policies, procedures, and HR documents are held on Drive.
Audits and Corrective Actions
We held our annual management review for ISO 45001 (Health & Safety). Below are the key aspects and outputs of the review:
- Continued focus on improving training and competence through the rollout of updated induction and training plans tailored to individual roles
- Ongoing development of training videos and simplified RAMS/task documentation to improve consistency and understanding across the business
- Increased auditing planned throughout 2026 to support quality, safety, environmental compliance, and continual improvement
- Continued monitoring of incident trends and root causes has identified slips/trips, procedural errors, housekeeping issues, and gaps in supervision or experience as recurring themes within incidents and near misses recorded during 2025–2026.
- Everyone is encouraged to report hazards, near misses, unsafe conditions.
- If you have any ideas that could help improve safety performance or reduce risk across the business please raise them with your manager or the Compliance team.
- 1x Major NCR - While conducting random sampling of our system, the auditor found gaps in how we manage suppliers and contractors including out-of-date documents or incomplete supplier set up forms
- 2x Minor NCRs
- Management review outputs are not being communicated company-wide
- Internal audit impartiality was questioned because the individual conducting the audit also owned the system being audited
- The auditor highlighted our use of Opuz in particular as a great platform for us to manage tasks. He also praised our procedures and general documentation made available during the audit.
- The site visits and interviews went very well - thanks to Charlie Forrest, Gary Townsend, Thomas Clapham, Daniel Drew and Hannah Hutchins-Fry for your time. Everyone who was audited did very well, they explained our processes and the reasons behind our actions, responded well when the auditor asked difficult questions, and demonstrated their depth of knowledge and competence in their roles. Thanks all!
Weather Update

- Use suitable PPE and sun protection where required, including sunscreen and appropriate clothing for the tasks you are completing
- Do not ignore symptoms of heat stress, dizziness, fatigue, or dehydration - take necessary action and report your concerns to your manager
