The SMS contract managers they employ are always at the end of the phone and are really professional/friendly in their approach, as do the engineers and assessors that carry out work activities on our sites. I have met many of the Engineers onsite and I can with confidence state that all have much expertise and are trusted contractors and to me really feel like an integral part of our water hygiene programme. Bookings and scheduling is carried out by a friendly, professional, customer focussed team that are prepared to be flexible.

To ensure consistency, we deploy the same DBS-checked engineers on each service visit whether it is to undertake routine temperature monitoring, showerhead descale and disinfection or a cold water storage tank inspection, so that everyone becomes familiarised with who is attending the site and what they have come to do. This can often reduce stress and anxiety, particularly for vulnerable groups such as the elderly.
